Next Nissan search. Well after having my second new Nissan for 12 years I decided to shop for the next one. I have a 2006 Titan and was considering trading in on a new on Well after having my second new Nissan for 12 years I decided to shop for the next one. I have a 2006 Titan and was considering trading in on a new one but decided to keep it and just buy an extra vehicle whether new or used. I started dealing with Zach in sales and he was the best. He went out of his way to send me photos of tradeins when they got them and was great about making time for a test drive. I decided on an Armada that was traded in and couldn't be happier. It is immaculate and the price was as easy as the buying experience! Definately would recommend Zach and Nissan of Gadsden! More

We love our New Pathfinder! !! Working with Zach was a great experience for us. When we first met him at the beginning of the summer we thought that a Midnight Edition Rogue was bes Working with Zach was a great experience for us. When we first met him at the beginning of the summer we thought that a Midnight Edition Rogue was best for our family,however we discovered that we were having a new addition to our family. While we were adjusting to our new life Zach stayed in touch with us (without being pushy). When the time finally came to purchase we realized that we needed more room than what the Midnight Rogue offered. My husband spoke with Matt (Zach was closing a deal), but he made sure to come and talk with my husband and inform Matt of what we wanted in a vehicle. Matt took the time to tell my husband and I all of the features that the new Pathfinder offered. The positive teamwork from the 2 of them was very surprising. We have been to car lots where once a salesman realized that you have spoken with another one they give you an attitude. This was not the case at Nissan of Gadsden. The great customer service that Zach showed to us over the 4-5 months that it took us to purchase our vehicle is greatly appreciated. We recommend Zach and Nissan of Gadsden whenever you are looking to purchase your next vehicle. Also, JR Gillaspie in the finance department was helpful. More

Best Ever! We were very happy with our experience at Gadsden Nissan. The salesman communicated with me throughout the week, as we worked on our deal. Our salesman sent me videos, up close pictures and answered questions to the extent I felt confident to travel for the vehicle. On Friday night we were stuck in traffic on our way to pick the vehicle up. Our salesman and his manager stayed an hour late (8pm on a Friday night) to wait for us as we made our way there. I recommend Gadsden Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used, Nissan or other vehicle More

Overall nice visit from 3 of 4 people I had a good experience with Nissan of gadsden. From talking with Alaina on the pho,e and scheduling the appointment to requesting the salesman be the I had a good experience with Nissan of gadsden. From talking with Alaina on the pho,e and scheduling the appointment to requesting the salesman be there earlier since I had a long drive and needing to get back home at a certain time I would say they did what was needed to ensure I was able to make the visit. The reason for the drop of a star is the manager didn't seem willing to negotiate nor put the vehicle back the way it was in the picture taken. The picture showed a pinstripe but when I got to the place the vehicle did not have the pinstripe and I requestee to put it back on I was told no. I was also told the manager doesn't like pinstripes so he has them taken off when he sees one. To finish the deal the loan manager was very quick and good to work with. It was a pleasure to work with 3 of the 4 people that I encountered here. The other seemed to really care less if the deal was made in my opinion. More
