This was a whole lot less painful than buying my car there, that was the most terrible experience of my life and I was dreading coming into your dealership. But Customer service was great from the time there, that was the most terrible experience of my life and I was dreading coming into your dealership. But Customer service was great from the time I pulled in and everybody that greeted me to answering my questions, waiting area very clean and comfortable, the only reason I didn’t give it a five, because they said 45 mins to hour and I was there over two hours, thank goodness I had no place else to be, but if I was counting on that time fame I would have been in trouble. Tony is chauvinistic at best. We were promised a “good will” repair for an issue we had repeatedly with this car while under warranty. It was determined to be a different issue, so we were charged full price, after they had my car for 10 days, and no accommodations for another car were offered. On top of that, my car was filthy upon pickup. Tony lied to us on multiple occasions, including when we picked the car up. I am so disappointed and disgusted that I have had so many problems with my Rogue, and that each time, the customer service at this location is non existent. Will not return, and will not purchase another Nissan. More
