Customer service at service department is the worst. They did not honor the oil change discount coupon I used and Instead was overcharged. I also told the service rep. I came in for a flat tire. The repair was done improperly and it continued to leak air. Tom literally turned his back on me telling me there was nothing he could do. Poor people skills for a manager. My car only had 4000 miles on it after a year. I spoke to the General manager Chris, he knew This was my third Nissan, I drive past two other Nissan dealers to get to Ft Pierce. Chris helped me with a discount on a new tire and I will continue to buy Nissans because Chris, the a General Mgr knows how to keep a customer happy. Thank you! More

Very poor communication. Terrible service. Car was dropped off on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday we still had no idea what was wrong with it or what the status was b Terrible service. The phone will just ring and ring, it is never answered. Even after we left multiple messages with a phone number to receive a call back, we never received a call back. Finally just went down to see if car was done, not even knowing what was wrong with it bc they never called to tell us, I picked the car up 5 days later. I will never use this dealership for any type of service or purchase. I will drive right past this one to get to another Nissan dealership for any warranty work that needs to be done in the future.
