The dealership was a great company to work with and the employee. Joel Ramirez was an amazing worker and Eric at finance was a great person to do another great vehicle with. I went in for service on August 23, 2022 up until then I was satisfied with this place. I dealt with a different service rep which was fine since the one I usually deal with was in a bad mood even when I sp was satisfied with this place. I dealt with a different service rep which was fine since the one I usually deal with was in a bad mood even when I spoke to him on the phone earlier. That is not my issue though, I went in there for my car not starting stating a malfunction and the key constantly saying Key ID Incorrect. So they changed the car battery now my car starts when it wants to but I’m still having problems because it still constantly says key ID incorrect so the key doesn’t start it nor does it lock or unlock the car until I play with it for a while. NEXT…how do my tires all go down to 26 psi when they all should be 33 psi and I have to fill them. I’m guessing they don’t do a full inspection on the car anymore like they used to. By the way, I also got an oil change or at least I hope I did no one seemed to know what was going on. I was there for I think 4 hours and I’m very dissatisfied. More
Everyone very friendly and takes an interest in the car that’s brought in for them to repair. I drop my car off at 12:30 on a Thursday and I didn’t get it back until Saturday at noon. I wouldn’t of cared except they said it would be ready Friday at 10 AM.
