I called in on Friday (4/29/22) and scheduled over the phone for Monday at 9:45am (5/3/22). Even though the appt did not get scheduled for some reason, I was still assisted. Later, I learned the issue was from service I had received elsewhere and Nissan took care of it! Thank you, Tony (the mechanic). I did notice, however, the dealer is not clean. It's evident no cleaning was done the day before (for days really!) because the floors are dirty, carpets have food crumbs everywhere and the bathroom smell is clearly from not being cleaned daily, not just a one time situation. Why is daily cleaning not being done? Deep cleaning is needed now. Thanks! More

I originally brought my Armada in in January because it would not start. I was told nothing was wrong. I then brought my car back in April for the same issue. I brought it in on a Thursday and did not get would not start. I was told nothing was wrong. I then brought my car back in April for the same issue. I brought it in on a Thursday and did not get it back until Saturday. They just had to change a battery. While I know they wanted to keep it overnight I received little communication. I responded quickly at around 11:30 on Friday to change the battery and received no sort of response after and no answer when I asked about the time frame. I needed to make arrangements to get my kids and with work due to this. I lost time and money. The only person that made this right was Jamie. She was pleasant and apogetic. Your main service person was not easy to deal with and had a lack of communication. I will not be bringing my car back for service here again. In addition, the people you had there last year to replace windshields is sueing my insurance company when I was told by them it was covered. This is not good service nor a good impression for your company. More
