The people were professional however when it comes to the follow-up and follow through there's a lot of lack in that process. Everyone is courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was just disappointed that my 1 year old vehicle had 3 recalls on it. Thankfully, the service department took care of them. The wait time was unacceptable. I had to wait 5 hours! The appointment was booked for an oil change and tire rotation and that I would be waiting on site. I had brought up issues wi I had to wait 5 hours! The appointment was booked for an oil change and tire rotation and that I would be waiting on site. I had brought up issues with the electronic display when I arrived. Updates had to be done with the system. I had no idea I would be waiting that long. I wish the communication would have been better. I received a text once the car was checked in to text back with any questions. I never received a response from texting that back for updates. I also checked with the service advisors. The only time estimate I was finally given was after waiting 3 1/2 hours and was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours. I can understand being busy or understaffed. It was the complete lack of communication with customers. I would not have waited on site if I would have known the total wait time was going to be 5 hours! More
