I was sent a notice that I had a recall on my vehicle. I requested an appointment to deal with this specific recall. When I got there on time, the agent was not there to receive my vehicle and I had to be I requested an appointment to deal with this specific recall. When I got there on time, the agent was not there to receive my vehicle and I had to be helped by another agent who checked in my car. I left to return in 3 hrs, which was the time frame given to return for pick up. I was called within 20 mins to return and pick up car because the part had to be ordered. I was told that I would be contacted when the part arrives. It has been nearly a month with no call. I have called twice to check the progress on this matter and has been put on hold. I have not had the opportunity to speak with anyone since. More
