I have a service engine soon notification that comes on everytime I turn the car on. I have to hit exit to get it off the instrument cluster. Russel claims he fixed it in Sept..nope. I took my Nissan Ro everytime I turn the car on. I have to hit exit to get it off the instrument cluster. Russel claims he fixed it in Sept..nope. I took my Nissan Rogue back over Thanksgiving break, Scott said they would replace the instrument cluster to fix the problem, but they have to order it. I didn't hear from them for a month until I called and spoke with the parts manager who confirmed the part was in. I brought it over Christmas and it was not in. 3 weeks later and still no call. I called Scott this week and after a 5 min hold, he said Judy in parts will be taking care of it because of back order. Where oh where is the instrument cluster? This service department does not contact you, you have to reach out. Plus they don't give you any sort of estimated time frame. Unprofessional and wasting my time. More
