They need to communicate better. It to a week and over 5 phone calls from me to find out if a part was in or not. When i spoke to someone they said a manager was checking because it was "in transit", no word until I called them 5 days later. I reported 2 issues. The second issue they said there was no problem found but when I left my car to be serviced, they quietly fixed the other issue without telling me they found the problem. There shouldn't be someone going around convincing people to replace their windshield "for free"if there's no issue with the windshield. Communication, it costs nothing...I finally got a phone number for the Internet Sales manager and he finally helped me. He deserves all the kudos for doing what nobody in service wants to do. I left a voice mail for the manager in service and he never called me back. These things need to be addressed More
