I was told I’d receive a text (never did) and or a call (never did) with the status update. I called back around 5pm to “still working on it..”. 6pm: “lead tech is going to take a look in the am” NEXT DAY at 1pm: “your advisor is on the other line with an extended warranty company..so he will call you back (never did). Saturday morning I received a call saying car is fixed but during the testing process, another piece broke. Agreed on price of part and gave ok to fix. I was informed someone would need to “run down to Vero beach and pick up the part..”. I got a call back at 2:50pm that day saying “driver didn’t make it back yet and we close at 3pm, but we will have it ready for you Monday morning. Monday arrives and I’m told my advisor is not working today so I won’t be able to pick up my car. At this point I had it with them and just wanted my car back. I’m placed on hold again when I don’t accept the answer of advisor not being there. After the person came back on the line my car was magically finished and ready for pick up. The agreed upon price for all work was around $540. I get to the dealership to a $696 bill. When I asked about a “MISC $50” charge, I was informed “oh that’s probably a missing part fee or they just topped off some fluids..” Needless to say I’ll probably drive down to Stuart or Ft. Lauderdale before trying this one again. More
