Ok so it wasn't the person I spoke to make my appointment it was who ever worked on my car I asked for oil change tire rotation and my key fob needed a new battery the only thing I want to say got done was m it was who ever worked on my car I asked for oil change tire rotation and my key fob needed a new battery the only thing I want to say got done was my oil change no tire rotation and my key fob no new battery I will not be bringing my car there anymore because we used to be able see when they were working on cars and now they have it closed off that we can see if they are actually doing the work. Then I got charged for labor almost $70 bucks my brother is a mechanic and to do oil change tire rotation and a few other things only take 30 minutes NOT 2 to 3 HOURS this Nissan used to be good before now who ever took over it is horrible and pulling scams and charging things and lying about certain things to get done so they can get money not me. More
The dealership never took the time to explain what they did. I received a paper and that's it. I would have appreciated a better phone call. I went in for a courtesy oil change, which all work was done well. At some point during the visit either the mechanic or car wash people damaged my rear passages side rim. I asked for them look at the vide done well. At some point during the visit either the mechanic or car wash people damaged my rear passages side rim. I did tell Kevin that we have rim insurance and is covered as well, I just want it fixed. More
