My car was towed in & I called and spoke with an associate & told them not to do anything & was still charged a $220 diagnostic fee. Very unhappy 🙁 More

FYI, I received an estimate at $1927.00 (that's highway robbery). I brought it in to my mechanic & was charged $350.
