I was sold the wrong part after vin verification. Called to explain the part wasn’t even close to right, the sales person couldn’t care less of the mistake. Brought my car just to get fixed instead. After t to explain the part wasn’t even close to right, the sales person couldn’t care less of the mistake. Brought my car just to get fixed instead. After test I didn’t receive any info as to why I needed a new transmission. Second opinion from another shop explain why and was able to complete the process in 48 hours for $1,000 less. Before taking it to another shop I called sales and requested a trade in quote to just buy another vehicle instead of getting it fixed. I received no call back. More

Came in to fix a part that is under warranty for 84k miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong. So I end up not getting the part fixed, on top of that I had an item stolen out of my car during servi miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong.
