Brought my truck in for service to fix a temp sensor issue, do an oil change, and replace a recalled piece in the engine compartment…and they damaged my driver door. Then decided not to tell me, so when issue, do an oil change, and replace a recalled piece in the engine compartment…and they damaged my driver door. Then decided not to tell me, so when when I picked up my truck I was surprised to find my door off alignment and wouldn’t close correctly. After complaining, they sent it to a local body shop for repair. 1) I can’t trust anyone who damages my property and then tries to give it back to me… hoping I wouldn’t notice! 2) When they sent it to the body shop, they kept saying “don’t worry, this won’t cost you anything”…. Why the xxxx would it? 3) When I finally went to pick up my truck, I introduced myself to the Service Manager, here to pick up my vehicle. He didn’t know who I was. I extended my intro with “the guy who owns the Titan Platnium Edition that your department damaged. Again, he looked confused. After conferring with his assistant, he seemed to recall who I was. Seemed that me and my experience with Sutherland Nissan were insignificant to him. More
