Nissan of Fort Pierce asked Estelle Noack to visit the dealership and see if it would be possible to trade her out of her current vehicle. It was found that not enough positive equity was in Estelle's favor and she did not want her payments to increase. Nissan of Fort Pierce made no promises to Estelle other than seeing if it would be possible to trade her out of her current vehicle.
