I made an appointment online with the $49 oil change price. I was being serviced by tony who initially made the price out to $80 with some change. I then mentioned that if there wasn’t a discount and to price. I was being serviced by tony who initially made the price out to $80 with some change. I then mentioned that if there wasn’t a discount and tony wasn’t interested in looking into it, he said “no this is the price we don’t do discount, sign here” . I asked if he was sure and he then again said no with no interest to finding out if there was a discount . Once I got the oil change, the cashier lady helped me and the price was then brought down to the discount price since I made it online. Tony didn’t offer any other services , there was an inspection done on my car and tony didn’t mention anything or any services to get the problems fixed on the inspection. Tony was very rude, the service tech next to tony helped a customer and helped him inquire about discounts and services but tony was straightforward with few words “ No, sign here, no”. More
