I got a call from a Nissan salesman ask if I still have my 2017 Nissan lease which I stated I did I told him I had 10 payments left on the lease and I know that they have to go somewhere and maybe this was my 2017 Nissan lease which I stated I did I told him I had 10 payments left on the lease and I know that they have to go somewhere and maybe this wasn't a good time as far as trading in for another he said that he would take all my information and then shortly thereafter another associate called me I stated the same thing to her about my payments and how many I had left and that I didn't want to go over what I was paying and that I felt I was paying too much for a lease right now anyway I told her I prefer not to pull my credit but she did and when she came back it stated that it was going to cost me more than what I was currently paying I still don't understand why they insist on pulling your credit and wasting your time I knew the 10 payments were going to go somewhere of course they were added on to your new lease therefore increasing your payment but yet they still insist that they can make a deal I was pretty clear about not raising payments just don't understand now that it's said and done my credit score I'm sure is going to drop and we're right back to square one just don't understand this whole process More

OUTSTANDING This was the third new Car Lot I had been in for the day. The next the sales person was on me but trying to push me into cars I had no interest in, I was not in the mood for an "Aluminum Siding Salesman, I was on my way home and spotted Sutherlin Nissan. I chuckled thinking about a DATSUN 1700 Rag Top I owned in the "60's. I pulled in and met their sales person Rachel. She was a "listener"and it was like dealing with family. Rachel eliminated what I did not want and came up with a list of what fit both my needs and budget. I chose one, the fat was trimmed and I drove off in a Car that was not even in my head. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE attempting to purchase a NEW vehicle! After spending 3 hours at this dealership with a knowledgeable salesperson, Tony (Used Car Manager) had to open his mouth. I already have a complaint ticket with Nissan Customer service for someone canceling the pre-maintenance service that I had since December 2018. Fort Pierce Sutherlin Nissan I have given you my service for over ten years. I buy a car from you all almost every two to three years! I am also a Nissan VPP Program member. I needed my last service record to send to customer service for my documentation for my case, but Zoe has ignored my emails! It's pathetic that most likely, it will take me submitting a bad review on Facebook, to my hundreds of followers and your google profile to get you to lift a finger to help. SOMEONE CANCELED MY MAINTENANCE SERVICE IT WAS NOT ME. I have emailed many times and nothing. Tony, service advisor, you call me with no emotion to tell ME my contract was canceled blaming me for the issue as I repeatedly tell you I have not canceled anything. With your robotic monotone voice telling me you're more concerned about being charged for my oil change than acknowledging my concerns or at least pretending to care! What happened to the woman that was there months ago running the service department? She was great! I received one phone from Laz Lopez NEW mgr who stated he would help me and would find out what is going on. I never got an update after the fact! NO, FOLLOW UP CALL. I want my service records. If you do not intend to release my service records, please let me know, so we don't waste either of our valuable time. More
