I persona The first word that comes to mind when thinking of the process of buying a car is never "fun". Some may even find the process to be tedious. I personally put off purchasing a car for about 6 months to avoid it. After doing some casual shopping on autotrader and other online options, I came across the car that I wanted at Sutherlin Nissan. I figured I might as well check it out. As I pulled up to the dealership, I was greeted by the ever-so gregarious Rosa Rodriguez. She proceeded to show me the exact car I had come to see, rather than trying to divert my attention to something else. She answered any and all of my questions. Being that I was a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions. Rosa was very attentive, but not overly aggressive as the stigma most used cars salesmen fall into. When it came time to do all the negotiating and paperwork, she was very helpful and patient. Rather than just trying to get me out of the door, she presented all the options to me. She brought up building my credit, and seemed genuinely invested in my future credit score. Long story short, Rosa and the whole team at Sutherlin Nissan were wonderful to work with. They truly took a process that is less than desirable, and made it as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend using this dealership and Rosa Rodriguez to anyone who is looking to simplify the buying process. More
