Because we were unable to personally take the car, we sent our daughter, who is the primary driver. She was very upset that she was treated like an idiot. We definitely know the difference between conden sent our daughter, who is the primary driver. She was very upset that she was treated like an idiot. We definitely know the difference between condensation and oil, so that's why we needed the car checked. She was told it was condensation even before the car was looked at. More
I would never spend a dime at this dealership, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. While my vehicle was in the service dept, I contacted the sales dept about selling it. Josie, the salesperson provi I ever recommend them to anyone. While my vehicle was in the service dept, I contacted the sales dept about selling it. Josie, the salesperson provided me with confirmation that her manager approved a purchase price of $15,000. Josie’s offer was in writing!! When I arrived at the dealership, I learned that (1) the vehicle was never appraised (2) sales people are not authorized to convey offers and (3) Josie did not speak with ANY manager. When confronted with her lie by the sales manager, Josie admitted that (1) she lied, (2) she never spoke with a manager about the car and (3) she never looked beyond the outside of the vehicle, nor did she pull the service records to see why the car was in the service dept. After Josie left the office, the Manager, Mike told us that he just took over management that week and the dealership is over $1million in the red for 2024 (which suggests a level of desperation). Mike also said he needed to speak with a GM about an offer. The next day, Mike called to offer $5,000 TOWARDS the purchase of a vehicle instead of the written $15,000 offer conveyed by Josie. He also advised that Josie was disciplined. Clearly, bait and switch tactics and outright fabrications are accepted at this dealership. I will be posting a Google review to forewarn the general public. More
Seams like nobody knows what going on! The employees don't communicate with each other and seem to just pass it to next in line. The employees don't communicate with each other and seem to just pass it to next in line. More
