Although service appointments are preferred I went there without one because the “malfunction “ light came on and I wasn’t sure what to do. Staff were welcoming and reassuring. Zoe was genuinely happy to help like the other 2 ladies that greeted me in my truck as I pulled up. Brand new van, at 6,300 miles. Having issues with RPMs and gas mpg. They told me it’s normal that when you go from 67 to 70 mph that RPMs go from 1,900 to 3,500 and 26mpg to 14mpg. Paid $1,500 for a ceramic coat on the paint. They applied the ceramic coat on top of bugs and dirt and rock chips. I asked why they didn’t clay bar it. They said they did, as I scratched the bugs off with my nails. I asked why they didn’t touch up paint. They said they don’t have paint. I walked into the sales department and asked if they sell touch up paint. They do. More
