I contemplated for awhile about writing this but decided others need to be aware of the awful people running this dealership. Would avoid this dealer at all costs, literally. On August 31st I drove down to Ft Pierce Nissan because I was interested in a few vehicles they had listed. I had been speaking to someone in sales and she assured me we could work out a good deal with my trade. Everything seemed to go pretty alright. I test drove a pathfinder and really liked it but I also was interested in driving a couple of the used trucks which I made aware several times. I was pushed further into the pathfinder and the closest I came to viewing a truck was when they showed me one of their brand new show room trucks. I ended up deciding to go with the pathfinder because I did like the room and options. I opted for the warranty as it’s a used vehicle. I was told to leave a 5 star review while waiting for my contract to be completed, so before I even left with the unit. After leaving I realized why they pushed that so hard. I started having issues with my front camera within days so I reached out to the finance woman to obtain information about my warranty as I was only provided the first page. I did not hear back for several weeks. I ended up leaving a bad review on dealer rater and had the used car manager reach out to me to try to rectify the situation. He assured me they would take care of me after thing after thing going wrong. They then scheduled me to come down to ft pierce, knowing I did not live close, on the same day a hurricane was supposed to be coming, September 26th. I decided it shouldn’t take too long for them to help me out so I made the drive down and got there nearly when they opened. I was surprised to find the service center knew nothing about my situation. To add to the poor experience the used car manager wasn’t even in office that day. I was then approached 4 hours later by my service advisor telling me they would not take care of the camera or sensor. I explained to him I had issues days after taking the vehicle and had proof from an email I sent the finance woman which is the whole reason I was supposed to be taken care of. I was then brushed off to the sales manager there today who I believe his name is Marco. He was incredibly condescending and offered no help for me even though I was promised. I then tried calling and messaging the used car manager who promised me help and was met with him telling me he wasn’t in office today so he would follow up tomorrow. I left the dealer around 3pm with nothing but empty promises, driving home in hurricane force winds with a safety system that is not fully operational. I have now messaged that used car managed 4 times since that day asking for a status for my issue “being looked into” and haven’t gotten an answer since. Absolutely awful service from buying to servicing the car I bought. Pushed me into a vehicle I feel they knew had issues and now have left me with an unsafe car. More
Friendly & professional… it took a while for a replacement part to come it but they did call to inform me it arrived . So far, so good. Hopefully this is the end of my ongoing misery with this vehicle. The service center is good but the Nissan product leaves much to be desired.
