Worst experience ever. Never able to get in contact with salesman or manager of the dealership and when I do I am told what I want to hear, I’m promised a phone call to resolve the issue and never receive a salesman or manager of the dealership and when I do I am told what I want to hear, I’m promised a phone call to resolve the issue and never receive a phone call back. For the past 1-2 months it has been an on going battle trying to get in contact with someone over a safety feature on the vehicle (tpms sensors) that were promised by the sales manager Carlos as well as the sales person Francisco and we never got them. When calling Francisco and Carlos we were promised to have the sensors ordered along with an appointment to have the truck serviced and to have the sensors installed, but never had that done. Do not go here to purchase a vehicle. More
