Lack of communication during the time the vehicle is in the shop, it’s ridiculous, you call no one would call back, left message with receptionist, to someone name Tom (Service Manager) no response yet, Zo the shop, it’s ridiculous, you call no one would call back, left message with receptionist, to someone name Tom (Service Manager) no response yet, Zoe won’t call back to update me about it, also you try to call the service department and the voicemail is always busy so you don’t get anyone. We absolutely loved this dealership. My family and I have been part of Toyota for a very long time and we're hesitant to switch to something else. With that being said, I would like to give high praise to been part of Toyota for a very long time and we're hesitant to switch to something else. With that being said, I would like to give high praise to my salesman Carlos Alfonso. Not only was he extremely genuine, but with his knowledge and experience in auto sales, it was far superior to that of the salesman we have encountered in other dealerships. He made the process of purchasing our vehicle quick and easy. He answered all of our questions, and made sure that we were comfortable from beginning to end.
