My experience this time for service went alot better than my last visit. My service rep was Carter who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions & helped me understand the differe than my last visit. My only concern is the wait time , 3hrs for oil change,multi-point inspection & I had my battery replaced. I don’t know if this is the right amount of time it should have taken, but I was told 2hrs. We really can’t say enough good things about Sutherland Nissan. We bought our Rogue there and the experience was above and beyond professional and hassle free.
