Nothing to be happy about Left my truck for service . Was diagnosed that I need two parts .One they had in stock another had to be ordered . I could not leave my car in overnig Left my truck for service . Was diagnosed that I need two parts .One they had in stock another had to be ordered . I could not leave my car in overnight and I had to leave town so I asked for needed parts numbers . They said they cant give it to me. Answer was "we don't know ". but if I let them work on my truck then they would get the required parts.??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this honest service?????????????? I have Paid $120 for diagnostics . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not want anything for free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Service department We had bought 2 cars at Sutherlin Nissan along with the car care service plans. The service department used to be convenient by allowing walk ins, whi We had bought 2 cars at Sutherlin Nissan along with the car care service plans. The service department used to be convenient by allowing walk ins, which were done in a timely manner. Over the last 6 months it's difficult to make an appointment and there are no walk ins permitted. Even with an appointment I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. More

Service Department I brought my car in for a recall. I had set a 7:30am appointment because I was told it would be the first car in at that time. After my car had sat in I brought my car in for a recall. I had set a 7:30am appointment because I was told it would be the first car in at that time. After my car had sat in the same spot for an hour and fifteen minutes for what I was told would only take 45 minutes. I tried ask what was going on and just got pawned off to different employees with no answer. These service department employees are nice at first but when they do something wrong and you call them on it they become rude and unfriendly. More
