Never dealing with Nissan as a whole ever again. I’ve been getting the run around since I purchased my truck in Jan. My extended warranty got cancelled behind my back and I’ve been fighting for the last 3 months to figure out how and why. I’ve already had to get a break clutch replaced, a new transmission and now a starter. My warranty was mysteriously cancelled after fixing the transmission and now they won’t try to fix my warranty to cover my starter. I purchased the extended warranty when purchasing my truck. Nissan is the worst. More
Very nice service consultant, Dianne. I really like the service depart here. However, the last two times I’ve been in for service, I was blindsided by sales people. The first time the guy called my name like they do when your service is complete. Took me to his desk and went into hard sales mode. He was even pitching me as I was walking away after I realized what he was doing. I was furious! If I want a new car, I know how to make that happen! The second time, it was a phone call from a man sounding all helpful and “how is your experience? By the way, we’re running a deal…”. I hung up on him. I have loved my Nissan but when I buy a new one it WILL NOT be from this dealership. Angels in one department, snakes in the other. More
Difficult getting through to service department for scheduling purposes. Repeated calls went to voice mail, frustrating. The Service attendant that help me went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant. He was professional and friendly and answered every question and concerns about what to expect while I was there to make my experience very pleasant. Usually they can get you right in. This time not all that impressed with the mechanics. Instead of doing both rotors and brakes they only did the side that the caliper was seized on.
