Upon arrival fou my appointment the service advisor JUVAE came to my car, assessment my services needs, wrote my car's mileage then directed me to go inside and complete my service order. JUVAE was professio came to my car, assessment my services needs, wrote my car's mileage then directed me to go inside and complete my service order. JUVAE was professional, pleasant and prompt with;the initial greeting. JUVAE recorded the mileage etc then directed me to the other service managers inside. THOSE service managers inside at the long desk, (2 were on the phone and the other the computer.) I felt ignored me as I stood before each of them. . I paused a minute recognized they were busy BUT, NEITHER PAUSED to say ONE MOMENT PLEASE. Then the other service Manager seated at the desk to my right forgot his name) PROMPTLY asked if he could help me. He was pleasant, professional, discussed my options, included my online discount.. processed and my service request. Both the first drive up Juvae service manager and the ONE inside were great employees. When my car was ready, Juvae came to the waiting area then pleasantly escorted me to the cashier. The cashier was pleasant ad well.. Only because of those three employees, I will return for service on my car. If I sound confusing feel free to contact me. Regards. More

When I received a recall notice for my 2018 Altima plus a free oil and filter change, I decided to take advantage of the offer. Josh couldn't have been more helpful or more congenial.
