Sales person was HORRIBLE 1 lie after another. Car was never preped was dealer traded from Cape Coral Nissan he told me car was being preped 20 minutes car pulled up. Was told to wait till it got real Dirty then bring it in never received the extras that I paid for example Rain Guard on windshield and Paint protection. Sales Person told me they took it off the Price YEAH RIGHT. I AM NOT BRAIN DEAD. JUST A Horrible experience. This is the 4th Vehicle I leased from there and I am not sure that there will be a 5th my name is Ed Finocchiaro. I leased a 2024 Rogue SL YOU Dealer Traded it from your other store in the Cape I was told sure that there will be a 5th my name is Ed Finocchiaro. I leased a 2024 Rogue SL YOU Dealer Traded it from your other store in the Cape I was told by my Sales Person to wait they were getting the car ready.It was going to get DETAILED I got car back in about 25 minutes all they did was give it a QUICKWash they pealed off the word Cape Nissan and never bothered to remove the glue also Glue on LF FR FENDER Tape was left on the Rims. I am very DISAPPOINTED. WHEN I WENT BACK to your Dealership to complain that the things I paid for that was on the Monronie Sticker were never done Salesman Said you did NOT PAY FOR THAT WE TOOK THAT OFF THE PRICE(LOL) When he started with the price of the Car he Started with the Bottom Price which was full boat SO I DID PAY FOR IT. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR WAYS OF TREATING A CUSTOMER . WHO HAS PURCHASED 4 Vehicles from this store also when I went back I told the Salesperson my drivers door was not closing Wright. He told me to take into your Service Department I have to say they were very PROFESSIONAL and made appointment for me to have it adjusted. By the way I was told it would get DETAILED the wright way and all the ad on would be done ex windshield protection from Rain also paint protection and so on .I hope the New owner of this company Addresses this problem.
