Brought car in for trany fluid change. Ad price was $299. No mention of any “shop fees”. When car was done they ripped me off for $20 shop fees. Management did not reply to my complaint. I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change with a transmission fluid change. The messages that are supposed to tell me how my service was progressing didn’t happen .
