Each time that occured, I had assistance from Thomas Gaglino. In this process of having my vehicle serviced, Thomas demonstrated that he is the most attentive and diligent automotive service person I have ever met. Thomas embodies the pride and integrity of the company he works for and should be recognized as an exemplary employee. The kind of service Thomas provided me is the type I would expect from all service agents, but it is a rare quality. I hope that you can provide some sort of recognition to Thomas for his skill and job performance! Be prepared to wait!!!! Nothing they do is fast or friendly. It will take 3 hrs for a oil change. The sales staff is rude and more interested in smoking then helping.
