Although it's been 2 yrs since I purchased a vehicle (not from this dealership) I am certain the experience was nothing like this. It was overwhelmingly intense. I realize the dealership wants sales, but the experience was PUSH PUSH PUSH. Had my husband not been with me to push back a bit (by questioning some things) I probably would have fled. It was our first in-person shopping. So, this dealership got their sale, but I assure you I would caution any friend/relative to beware the tactics. It's just not my preferred way to shop. More
