My wife and I went to the dealership just to look at the choice of cars on the lot not really prepared to make a purchase. We were immediately greeted by a very polite salesman. Any questions we had were answered. By the time the deal was done my wife and I not only have a beautiful new car, but we also left the dealership with new friends. I printed out a coupon from the Sutherlin Nissan website advertising oil/filter change & tire rotation for $19.99. When they called me to the cashier's window after the work was done, I was handed an invoi advertising oil/filter change & tire rotation for $19.99. The bottom line ended up being ~ 50% more than their coupon implied. The next day, that particular coupon was no longer posted on their website. More
I went in and they asked $26,900 for this vehicle and $9,000 for my trade in but when I told the manager I will pay $23,500 and I want $9,500 for my trade in he got so mad and turn extremely red.
