Mario, I am very sorry that you feel you were not treated the way you would of liked to be, I can only assume that when you told John your budget and it was much lower that we were able to obtain that he did not want to insult your idea and motives. On the other hand I will discuss this with John and use this incident as a training technique to hopefully make him understand that there are customers who come in and say one number but are really wishing to negotiate to another number. John has always been an up front salesman who normally does not go back and forth with his customers, sometimes to a fault. I will explain that possible a little more probing and question and answer session may serve him better in the future.
