Great experience, Great service I recently visited Sutherland Nissan to buy a new car and although I was hesitant to visit a larger dealership I was pleasantly surprised by not only I recently visited Sutherland Nissan to buy a new car and although I was hesitant to visit a larger dealership I was pleasantly surprised by not only the great selection but most importantly the great service I received. My salesman was Shaun Greene, he patiently explained everything I needed to know about my car, I didn’t feel pressured and I felt like I walked away with a great deal. I love my new Rogue! MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT/EMPLOYEES MISLEADING CUSTOMERS The dealership advertised a truck at 2017 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve Pickup MSRP:$64,140 Sutherlin Discount:-$19,223 VIP Price:$44,917. (COPY A The dealership advertised a truck at 2017 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve Pickup MSRP:$64,140 Sutherlin Discount:-$19,223 VIP Price:$44,917. (COPY AND PASTED DIRECTLY FROM THEIR SITE) I called and e-mailed them before going, the sales person said to come right over and test drive the vehicle, so I did. After test driving the vehicle advertised, it was now $79,000.00, $15,000 over the advertised price. Never mind the alleged discounts, very very few qualify all of them. When I asked the sales person about the $15,000 increase, he said Sutherlin adds a side sticker next to the manufacturer MSRP invoice. NEVERTHELESS, it was on their website at $64,140. My suggestion is to go to find another Nissan dealer!!!!!!! More

2016 Titan owner Vehicle had been in shop more than in my driveway. Poor repairs & cause other damage while in their possession. They have had truck since beginning of August & still can't fix it. Very poor customer service. They have gone through several service managers in 10 months, go figure. Avoid this dealer, bad news!!! We could tell he wanted us in the right car especially for me because of having a bad back and it was getting harder for me to get in and out of our old car. He was very helpful with putting us into the right car. My husband was extremely happy with the deal that Matt worked out for us. Now I am able to get in and out of our new used car much easier and I am enjoying driving in a higher vehicle. We want to thank Matt for making our experience easy and comfortable. We also would like to thank Sutherlin Nissan for helping us get into a new car. Also it was fun talking to " Repo Joe", he was kind enough to put my "Patriots" tag on the front of our new car seeing as he is a Falcons fan.
