In and Out with friendly salesmen! I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly salesmen I had, Big John. Be careful here I should have read reviews before dealing here. BTW, the Yelp reviews are far worse. Mistake #1. I did it because of personal acquaintance with the salesman. That was mistake #2. After signing a "gentleman's agreement" with salesman, presumably for him to take to mgmt to indicate my level of seriousness, that agreement was broken by the dealership. A day after the deal, the salesman continued the sales tactics by texting me with more tactics. When I very gently pointed out the deceit, he never replied. When my wife called him, he answered with a hello. When she asked "Is this ___" he just hung up. I could go on but at the end of it all, I was gullible to their lies and tactics. That makes me gullible and them liars. The car is great. The experience was bad. Lesson learned a painful way. I can't recommend dealing here at all unless you are very savvy and knowledgeable in car sales. More
