Was told numerous times had one oil change left on maintenance contract right up until I dropped car off. When picking up was charged for it. Funny how computer changed within 3 hrs. Jerome Foster and his Service Department (Lazer, Alexa) were absolutely amazing when I took my car in for repair yesterday! I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Palm Ndure during my drive thro were absolutely amazing when I took my car in for repair yesterday!
