2.5 hours for a oil change/ tire rotation and check a tire is not ideal. My car sat outside for a good 40 mins until I went to ask them when it would be done and I was told 15-20 mins. Connor and George were excellent. Very understanding, worked with my budget, made feel comfortable, and did not come off as sleezly salesman trying to bully me into a sale.
