DO NOT GO HERE! My wife and I have had a terrible experience, where the salesman tried to sell us a different car than we came for, the fees total an extra $3000 than what is shown online (not includ experience, where the salesman tried to sell us a different car than we came for, the fees total an extra $3000 than what is shown online (not including the extra tax and tag), and the "pre-owned certified" 2020 rogue SL that we purchased had coffee spilled in the entire radio, making the cd player inoperable. I will give the whole story below. My wife and I live two hours north in Tampa. We saw an online post for an SL Rogue 2020 with 22k miles for $17,183. The disclaimer says that there is a $999 dealership fee and tax/tags. We reached out because it was a great deal and asked if it was available. The salesman said yes, so we took the 2hr trip there. The sales rep showed us the car to test drive it and we noticed it didn't have leather like the pictures, marked as SV rather than SL, so we asked "is this the right car? We thought it had leather." He said yes it is the same car. We test drive it and he tries to rush us inside to " take care of the paperwork " We said give us a moment to talk about it and he walks inside. We proceed to walk the lot and we found the car we were looking for by the VIN we sent. He brings us inside to purchase that car and he says he can sell us the SV for $17,183, but the other would be $20,183 because instead of the $999 dealership fee there is $3000 of pre-owned certified fee and dealer fee. We were told that it covered a 167 point inspection that ensured everything was in working order. We finally said "fine" and walked out the door paying $22,762 with everything accounted. Four days later, my wife tried to play a CD and it didn't work. We were calm and called the person who sold it to us, and they said "Take it to your local Nissan and they will fix it. It is under 36k miles so it's under warranty." We say okay and take it to the local Nissan. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY MESSED UP! The Nissan here in Tampa says they can't fix it, because the reason it doesn't work is due to COFFEE being poured into the cd player and radio. You have to reach out to Fort Myers. We have to go back and forth between 10 HOURS of phone calls with six different people to which finally Fort Myers agrees to pay for the fix of $1700. The next day comes and Tampa calls at 11:45am to tell me that the car is fixed they just need to get paid by Fort Myers to release the car. They have tried to call three times with no answer. We call three times and finally get someone to tell us that they will call in three days. Now they are saying we will be without a car for three days when it is all ready. After five hours we are begging Tampa to release the car so we can take care of everything we need to and then they get a hold of Fort Myers. The manager of Fort Myers was unapologetic and didn't care at all. We have looked at our copy of the 167 point for it being "pre-owned certified" and right on it says the CD player is in working condition. There is no way for us to trust or believe that this car has gone through any checks or that any inspection saying "working" is correct. We have been wrongfully taken advantage for an incorrect fees totaling $3000 that we have asked to be refunded to which the manager has laughed at us. We let him know that we will be sharing our experience so that other shoppers are well-educated. He said that if we report our experience "include the price because it is a xxxx of a deal so it doesn't matter." The price of the car doesn't matter if there is no peace of mind of it continually working. If you are looking for an experience where you will be treated well, with honest, integrity, and can trust what you are buying then do not shop here. They have no concern for you whatsoever. More

Beware! They are scammers who list used vehicles on national auto listers like Autotrader for amazing prices to just collect phone numbers and email addresses. When they finally get back to you, they s national auto listers like Autotrader for amazing prices to just collect phone numbers and email addresses. When they finally get back to you, they say the car is sold or add a $2500 fee for dealer prep or some other bull, making the price higher than anyone else. Now I get 50 spam emails a day and calls to my cell phone constantly. STAY AWAY!!! More

Deceptive practices It became apparent after arriving at Sutherlin Nissan that the culture at this dealership is inundated with unscrupulous and fraudulent practices. Aft It became apparent after arriving at Sutherlin Nissan that the culture at this dealership is inundated with unscrupulous and fraudulent practices. After making arrangements to purchase a vehicle online, once I arrived from out of state to take possession of the vehicle I found none of terms of my agreement with Sutherlin Nissan were going to be adhered here. To date, all communication I have had with this dealership has accepted their behavior and the deception perpetrated upon me as commonplace and acceptable. The finance didn't care that I had a previous agreement, the GM never even acknowledged my concerns and Rose, someone who was supposedly going to address my complaint, did absolutely nothing. My problem with Sutherlin Nissan remains unresolved, but I have no intention to stop sharing my experience. More
This place is absolutely the worst car dealership I have This place is absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My family has a long history with Datsun/Nissan. My Mother bought a new 28 This place is absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My family has a long history with Datsun/Nissan. My Mother bought a new 280z in 1978 and a new 280zx in 1983. Both manual. At 2 months shy of 75 she decided to buy a new 370Z. Manual of course. So I take her up to Sutherlin Nissan to see a Z. Meet John in sales. She drives it, likes it. She has a trade which they were unable to give a value without seeing despite pics and vin. 36k mile car. Whatever. I mentioned to John the fact there is about $7500 added to the MSRP sticker price of $31000. I immediately questioned this. We are in the middle of a pandemic, Nissan sales are down 30% this quarter, there are exactly 115 New 370z’s within 150 miles of of this location. Not so rare. He agreed and said someone had just walked away from a great deal below the sticker price and couldn’t believe it. I thought great. Today she took the car and got it appraised and went to make a deal. She called me and said the difference between the new Z and trade was 30k. What???? The F&I person got on the phone and tried to explain to me how it was justified etc. We were supposed to start at $31,000 but instead they tried to take advantage of her. How? 2 minutes later the F&I guy called and said he had talked to the New Car Sales Manager and they could NOW remove all of the added 7500 plus give a rebate. Then said they were just trying to “sell them with no profit””. Way before the last call I was done with Sutherlin Nissan. I advised my Mom to walk out again. I was very grateful she had called me before purchasing the car. However the New Car Manager apparently was not so happy about her calling me. At all. He proceeded to ask my nearly 75 year old Mother (who still can drive stick and was one of the First Female Executives of a Fortune 500 Company and sat on a board of an Ivy League School) if “She had to consult with her Son on every decision?” She protested this question and he made excuses for asking. To add more insult/humiliation on her way out the door he says “let us know what your Son says.” If you are a Senior or a Woman I would not advise you purchase anything here. Not even a hat. They tried to take $7500 from my Mother because they didn’t think she was smart enough to notice and embarrassed her for calling her Son to get advice. She will get a Z. A new one this week. Just from somewhere else. Manual of course. More
