With the end of our lease coming up, I scheduled an appointment with Oliver Siebert to purchase the vehicle. Oliver was amazingly accommodating with the additional plans and helped us through the process of trading in 2 vehicles, leasing another Sentra and purchasing a Rogue. He was very patient and treated us with the utmost respect. He thoroughly explained the vehicles and the safety features that each provided, which gave great piece of mind. If you want to pay more for your new car, shop at Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Meyers. They inflate the MSRP and will use any tactic to lie about it and suck you in. Smoke and mirror tactics by the Finance Manger to add on the extended service warranties which the dealership profits from greatly. If this happens to you just remember you have 60 days to cancel them in florida and get your money back with no penalties. One star is actually too much for this place, BUYER BEWARE!!! More

If I could give 0 stars I would !! We bought a Mistubishi here which needed repairs within a week of taking it home. Thr staff at Nissan of Ft. Myers consistently gave us a hard time about initiating the nec here which needed repairs within a week of taking it home. Thr staff at Nissan of Ft. Myers consistently gave us a hard time about initiating the necessary repairs because it wasn't a Nissan. Eventually they told us we could trade it in for a used Nissan, which we did, problem fixed, right? NOPE. They ran our credit so many times in such a short period of time that we needed a cosigner to take home the Nissan. We did ours part & got a co signer & thought we were done. Fast forward to today, 2 months later- The financing fell through on the Nissan twice, They sold the Mistubishi to someone else BEFORE they paid it off as the agreement states in our contract. The finance company for the Mitsubishi is calling me daily claiming they want to repossess and our credit is negatively impacted. Our report shows it has several missed payments. The generous grandparents who cosigned for us have EXCELLENT credit and their credit has been ran more times then they were given permission to do after doing business for years. They don't care who they screw as long as they get a sale! We have no word on when or even if this will be resolved. If your looking for a dealership to purchase a car WITHOUT issues take my word and avoid this crooked business. More
