1st salesman will tell you anything to sell you a car. I have had the worst service and feel like an idiot for spending my money with this place. I canceled my gap 2 months ago and lady told me they woul I have had the worst service and feel like an idiot for spending my money with this place. I canceled my gap 2 months ago and lady told me they would mail me a check. After calling 3 times a week the lady would never return my call to make sure I had all my documents were received. 2 months later I finally ask to speak to Mr Sutherlin but got with another lady who actually did answer my questions. Comes to find out they had no record of this cancelation. Someone need to be reminded what their responsibilities are. I bought a 2019 altima new and after 2 months of having the vehicle the grill vent caused the check engine light came on. I took it to them and they told me that it was not covered under warranty. I called nmac and they told me to go to Naples Nissan to see what they could do. Sutherlin was going to charge me 700 dollars to fix something I didn't do. Naples Nissan which is where I will do my business from now on said no problem and got it fixed under warranty. Still I am waiting a year later for a new radio in my car because the know won't control the volume and it goes crazy from time to time by it going as loud as possible just for no reason. I'm still waiting to get it fixed after a year. I could go on with my bad experiences with this dealership but don't think it will do any good. People there just want to rip people off so they can take you money. Boycott Sutherlin.... More
