I was greeted immediately by Marcus in the Service Department, who offered to check the battery and replace the key‑fob battery without hesitation. His professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency set a strong tone for the entire visit. I then met with Sal in Sales to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new Nissan. Although I am currently very satisfied with my Nissan Sentra, Sal’s approach was informative, respectful, and never pressured. He provided clear guidance and made it easy to consider future options when the time is right. The highlight of the visit was meeting Michael Spinazze, the owner, who personally welcomed me and told me, “If you need anything, please feel free to call me anytime.” That level of accessibility and leadership is rare in this industry, and it shows in how smoothly and professionally the dealership is run—especially compared to other dealers in the area. Because of the exceptional service I received, I strongly recommend that Marcus and Sal be formally recognized for their outstanding professionalism and customer care.
