I wanted to apologize for the lack of communication that transpired while you were trying to negotiate a deal with Wayne. With over 40 sales consultants working at any one time it is sometimes hard for one salesman to know that another salesman has sold a vehicle. At most times we have over 700 vehicles in stock and they move all around on the lot not making it easy for someone to find any one vehicle unless they are constantly looking for the vehicle. I don't want you to think that I am trying to justify what happen but it is sometimes difficult to keep track of a vehicle during a busy sales week.
