Unfair sales trick We were shown and test drove a vehicle, liked it and decided to buy one. We were offered a few color options and decided on one. The vehicle was prepped, we had to obtain financing as a condition of the price (we were told we could pay it off without penalty at any time) but had wanted to pay cash. The vehicle we test drove had an economy mode option and satellite radio. We were given a brochure and told we had 6 months free satellite radio and then we'd have to purchase a subscription. We we got the vehicle home and tried to transfer our satellite service from our trade in to the new car we couldn't figure it out. We took the car back to the dealer where two people tried to get the satellite feature going, only to discover our vehicle wasn't equipped with a satellite radio. We then discovered the "economy mode" was another feature we thought we had purchased was not installed on our vehicle. Our salesman, after failing to get the radio programmed and realizing it was not equipped as we had thought, told us "well, that's how we were able to get you the price you wanted". Why were we given a brochure and told we had to buy service after 6 months if it wasn't even equipped? I filed a complaint with the State of Florida, but when you accept the vehicle and drive off you've signed a paper saying you accept it. Be sure to read the fine print and make sure the vehicle you test drive is equipped like the one you end up with. This was an expensive lesson, but I learned not to buy from Sutherlin Nissan again. More

Over the last 6 months it's difficult to make an appointment and there are no walk ins permitted. Even with an appointment I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. More
