VERY poor customer service I was sold the Maintenace Agreement (oil change) at the time I purchased my car. From the very first oil change done at Naples Nissan (who did not acc I was sold the Maintenace Agreement (oil change) at the time I purchased my car. From the very first oil change done at Naples Nissan (who did not accept this program) I contacted Julio Forbes to cancel it and get reimbursed. Julio said he would send the cancellation paper work and bla bla bla. After 2 months I called him again (like 8 times) and at no avail I did drive all the way to Ft Myers and finally talked to him. This time Julio filled out some paper work and said the secretary would send out. I kept on calling, Julio never called back and no contract cancellation either. By now it's August 2016 and I drove again to see Julio, this time he fills out the paper work "again" but I got the originals and submitted them myself. Out of the $999 that I paid for the Maintenance Program" I received a credit of $144 because I'm out of time. This is totally unacceptable! I did everything and more to cancel this program, I was never advised it had a time limit or that Naples Nissan would not be in agreement with this program. Please Sutherlin Nissan, do the right thing! I did not use this program at all and Julio new of this from the very first time.. Please contact me and let me know you will make things right.
