The service advisor was great. My real issue is with the online scheduling. I tried to schedule through this porthole and could not get to the calendar. Finally used the chat person and was told after seve online scheduling. I tried to schedule through this porthole and could not get to the calendar. Finally used the chat person and was told after several minutes that she had my information and would firward it to service. Someone was to call me for service, but instead I received a call from a sells person. I finally gave up and just showed up in express. Was taken care of and nearly 5 hours later everything that I had wanted accomplished was done. The main shop and the express agent got it done. They were great. Thanks to them I had a pleasant experience and will be back. More
