Poor customer service I went to pick up my new 2018 Rouge SL today and what a terrible experience. I called Oliver on Saturday and told him my wife and I would be at the de I went to pick up my new 2018 Rouge SL today and what a terrible experience. I called Oliver on Saturday and told him my wife and I would be at the dealership around 2:00. He told me he would be available, if not his associate “Christina” would be available. I texted her and told her we would be there at 2 o’clock on Monday. Her response was “ I’ll be ready and looking forward to meeting you”. We got to the dealership at 1:40 and the car was not ready, Oliver was not available and Christina was no where to be found. 40 minutes later the car shows up but no Oliver no Christina. At 2:25 Old shows up full of apologies about how busy he is and that someone else will “ go ove the car with me”. Tpoor kid that is supposed to “show me the ins and outs” with the car is absolutely clueless. It must have been his first day on the job. Find Oliver shows up to say goodbye and informs me that there is no spare key. He will try and send me one later this week. Don’t waste your time at Sutherlin! Customer service is not what they care about. More

In my opinion sevice dept is there to rip you off Brought 2006 frontier in for heater line leak After diagnosis was told it was going to cost me $386 and that I needed engine flush and new fan belt a Brought 2006 frontier in for heater line leak After diagnosis was told it was going to cost me $386 and that I needed engine flush and new fan belt at an additional $400 Told them no on the extra work and although I felt they were overcharging me for a $85 in parts , balance for labor (one hour job) I reluctantly gave them the go ahead . When I went to pick up the bill was increased to $427 I protested but in fine (need magnifying glass to see) print it says they can charge me for Disposal and shop charges???? this being the difference I cant imagine taking another vehicle there unless its a last resort BEWARE !!! Horrible Customer Service in the service department . I have a Nissan Versa that is less than 3 years old "Completley inside the BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY" and my steering wheel is completely disintegra . I have a Nissan Versa that is less than 3 years old "Completley inside the BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY" and my steering wheel is completely disintegrating leaving the material all over my hands everytime i touch it. Sutherlin said this is not a warranty issue even though I paid extra for a better warranty. So I called nissan Corporate to see what they could do they said they spoke with the dealership and they told them that that diagnosed my steering wheel and said it was doing this because I use hand lotion. They did not inform me of this when I was at the dealership. I DON'T USE ANY LOTION AT ALL. I have Since escalated this case to the next higher authority but the fact that the service department would lie to Nissan Corporate is ridiculous. I also had the front emblem fall of the car as I was driving and was told this is considered normal wear and tear. This is ridiculous. DO NOT USE SUTHERLIN NISSAN OR ANY OTHER NISSAN AS THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE CARS. More

The cop was a nice person who let my wife go to the DMV to get this taken care so turns out they couldn’t do anything. I went to Nissan to have this fixed and all they said was sorry and got my new registration I asked if they could compensate our time and this inconvenience and he said well i can get you a $25 gift card !? Are you kidding me my family could’ve been left out in the street because of you guys and that’s all you going to do ! More
