We went in with a dead battery on our 2020 Altima. We didn’t have an appointment, but the service consultant took us right away, offered us complimentary shuttle service to a nearby restaurant. We had a nice lunch for an hour, and the shuttle driver was waiting - took us right back to Sutherlin where our car was ready. Great service! Thank you. More
