Dealership is highly disorganized and their attention to detail is extremely poor. Only one that actually spoke to me and made me feel valued was the manager. They went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle that we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and it was a great car buying experience. I went there 2 weeks after i bought the used car bc the radio went completely blacked out and also the front sensor light keeps coming on. I was told that a new radio was being ordered for my car and that radio went completely blacked out and also the front sensor light keeps coming on. I was told that a new radio was being ordered for my car and that the sensor was fixed well neither happened right when I left that day the sensor light came back on and then I called three weeks later and asked about my radio and they said they have no order for me and that Nissan connect wanted them to help me bring my car in so they can troubleshoot it so I went in Thursday, October 28 for them to tell me now there is nothing wrong with my radio and that if it blocks out again I have to take a video and send it to them and they had no word on whether what was going on with my sensor and when I left the dealership the sensor light came back on again so we are back to square one and I’ve only had the car for two months More

The service was fine. The girl at the service counter was wonderful. But I believe this should have been caught in the certificated inspection. My car sat here all summer and then the hose is bad?? Reading further it was checked that I received 2 keys when I only received 1. A good dealership would cover their warranties and I don't think you did. More
