When we told him what we were looking for, he led us to the vehicles. We did have questions that he didn't know the answers to, and then recruited the help of another associate, Dwayne Batbayar. The eventually showed us a vehicle that we knew would be the perfect fit for our family. After the test drive. Mr. Morfin and Mr. Batbayar helped bring together a really great and affordable price that was a tad bit more than our expected costs, but we were able to still afford. It took a while to pull together all of the documents and contracts, and we spent about 4.5 hours at the dealership all together. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything in full detail so there were no surprise charges on the contracts. I appreciate all of their help and am super happy with my purchase. This dealership was amazing from the first phone call to driving off the lot with our brand new leaf. We had called around and had appointments to look at two cars from Carfax in Portland and Spokane. My husband decided to just give Magic Nissan a quick call mostly to confirm our "great deal" elsewhere. He didn't tell them we were looking at two other cars. In a matter of minutes, literally, my husband had a quote and our credit ran and a fabulous interest rate with a NEW car that far exceeded our other "used car deals" if we wanted to come by and give the car a test drive. We decided to go into the dealership to just "check it out" I could not believe how nice and straightforward this dealership was. no games, no gimmicks. The dealership was clean and everyone was so incredibly nice. In a few hours we walked out with our brand new leaf and free charging at the dealership, which is a huge blessing! But it is the relationship this dealership keeps with my husband and I after the sale that has blown me away. I like Nissans, don't get me wrong when i say this... it was the Leaf that brought me into the dealership, but it is the genuine desire to help you with anything you may need AFTER the sale that will keep me coming back. I already know my next car will again be a Nissan from Magic Nissan. I am beyond impressed with this dealership. On one occasion, I did not have time to charge my car due to an abnormal line at the charging station and a weird schedule at school. (I am a medical student). I was panicked as I backed myself into a corner and had a shift I absolutely had to get to. Ray Ishak, the Leaf Expert. (fabulous guy!) saw my distress and without a word had someone bring a car around for me and said, go... get to your shift. I'll charge your car for you. just come switch it out whenever. I was dumbfounded. I would have failed my class had I been more than 15 minutes late as clinical shifts are not excused absences. period. but Ray didn't know that. He just saw a problem and fixed it. HOURS later I came back with the dealership car and there was my car out in front all charged up. This is just one incident of their kindness. I could go on and on... This is why I know my next car will be a NISSAN from MAGIC NISSAN in Everett. Thank you Damon Tanaka and Ray Ishak. You guys are the BEST!! Shelly and Jim Fine More

He was up-front in telling me he couldn't give me one of the loyalty discounts he gave the other guy, but it was still a competitive offer. I dropped in, picked the car I liked from the lot, signed the paperwork, and was driving my new Leaf home, all in about a couple of hours. No shenanigans, no runaround, no-nonsense. More

After wasting hours dealing with eastside nissan and their bait and switch tactics, I left, went home, did some online research and saw Ray ishak next to every recommendation. I emailed him and in a few minutes, I got all the information i needed and a better deal. 2 hours later, I was in my new leaf heading home to Bellevue. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. No wonder he is the top leaf sales guy in the world. Save your self the headaches and go see Ray. STAY AWAY FROM EASTSIDE NISSAN AND SPECIALLY JIMMY. More

I told them i was just looking and they said no problem and walked away. When i did have a question about something he wasnt very far away and answered my question. If he didnt know an answer, he went and asked and didnt try to make something up. I bought the car the next day. I have owned this car since Nov. 2012. Since buying this car i have brought it to be serviced for oil changes and normal routine things and I cannot say enough about the service department. Jim Matson the service manager is AMAZING! He fits me in the schedule and gets the job done in a timely manner so i am not sitting there all day long. I also have another car which is an H2 and i bring it to Nissan to be serviced because the service is good and done right. I appreciate the smiles when you drive up and the good coffee in the waiting room too. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for buying a car to servicing a car. More
Extremely disappointed in Magic Nissan of Everett’s service. Bought a car there a month ago. According to the mileage, a CarFax was run saying they had performed an alignment right before I purchased i service. Bought a car there a month ago. According to the mileage, a CarFax was run saying they had performed an alignment right before I purchased it. While driving it home on the freeway back to West Seattle, I felt it veering to the left. Because I live in the city, take the bus, walk, and RARELY drive, I took it in yesterday to University Mazda where they said my right control arm was broken and needed to be replaced. Apparently, it looked like it had been in a serious accident at some point, and probably had not been reported to insurance (explaining the lack of it on the CarFax) and an alignment could not be performed. I know I haven’t been in a serious accident in the 5 times I’ve driven it, so it must have happened before I purchased it. And if it happened before I purchased it, how was an alignment performed at Magic Nissan when they couldn’t at University Mazda?? I called Magic Nissan, and spoke with Damon Tanaka, who never denied anything, but just kept saying: “Well why did you wait a month?” (Actually first, I called him, he said he’d call me back… never did, I called him back twice, and then I spoke with him and he said that). I commute on the bus and use a car for the grocery store. I probably drive in a month, what a normal person would drive in a week. Plus, I live all the way in W. Seattle! Essentially, it’s a service issue. They did a poor job the first time, and were unwilling to rectify the situation. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. More
Ray Ishak took the new car buying experience to a whole new level. He provided us with an Internet quote, to which we went in with the intention to buy. He did a handful of things for us that I won't specify since I don't want to hold him up to it, but his actions signified trust, transparency to the price he offered, and a genuine sincerity that I really appreciated. I didn't feel like I was being sold to or patronized, and he made our experience truly worry free. Post sales, I had some buyers remorse for not getting power options, and he offered various options - including ones that didn't necessarily benefit the dealership! When we are ready for our second car, I will definitely get a hold of Ray. More
