Took care of us when Nissan Corporate was dragging its feet Leased a 2017 Leaf (our 3rd Leaf lease in a row). Range performance was sketchy in a strange and unfamiliar way. A test at dealership discovered rare Leased a 2017 Leaf (our 3rd Leaf lease in a row). Range performance was sketchy in a strange and unfamiliar way. A test at dealership discovered rare battery defect. Nissan wanted several weeks of more tests, while we drive a gas loaner - but dealership just swapped us into a new lease of an identical Leaf, at no cost to us. A special shout-out to Ray Raied Ishak, Leaf champ and champion advocate for the customers. But all the dealership's higher-ups were totally supportive as well. More

Ridiculous wait time- not efficient I purchased a used Nissan Leaf on a Saturday (busiest car sales day of the week) and there were only 2 notaries. We waited over a hour just to sign pa I purchased a used Nissan Leaf on a Saturday (busiest car sales day of the week) and there were only 2 notaries. We waited over a hour just to sign paperwork. Then waited an additional 2 hours for the car to be cleaned(serviced) and charged. We had a 2 hour commute back to Whidbey island and a 1 year old in tow. Not a fun day! I will not be using this Nissan to service this vehicle in the future unless I have 6-8 hours to waste. The sale with Marcus went well and we got a great deal on our Leaf. It was the experience following the sale that was unsatisfactory. I have purchased prior cars trombone Tesla and Mercedes and have never dealt with such a long wait period/inefficient service to the customer waiting for their vehicle. More
