We brought our vehicle in initially for reprogramming of codes ,etc.The week prior we had some service repairs done at a" nationally known" auto service.They advised us that the codes needed to be relearned codes ,etc.The week prior we had some service repairs done at a" nationally known" auto service.They advised us that the codes needed to be relearned or reprogrammed.This brought us to what later became a wonderful experience with Elk Grove Nissan .From the first person we met until the last person when we picked up our vehicle{ and all the people in between} ...our experience can be summed up about " our" team with these words :AWESOME..PERSONABLE..PROFESSIONAL..EXCELLENT!!! IMy youngest son owns an Altima and we have told ANYONE who would listen about this dealership! More
Excellent communication on services and thorough I contacted Ralph about my Nissan Sentra and was able to discuss the issues at length without feeling rushed into any conclusive actions. In the end we were able to agree upon the work that needed to be done and I received a complimentary inspection for my vehicle along with an accompanying video. The work I originally contracted for was done and the problem was resolved. Also the points that were identified in the inspection video were confirmed to be accurate assessments when I had a mechanic friend take a look. In the end I'm very glad that what I needed was completed, and now I also know what next steps I will need to take. Very helpful experience for me. More

Today I had my Nissan Maxima serviced for brake pads, rotors and an oil change. My service advisor today was Ralph and from the very beginning he has been AMAZING! I expressed my concerns for my vehicle rotors and an oil change. My service advisor today was Ralph and from the very beginning he has been AMAZING! I expressed my concerns for my vehicle and he listened, advised and explained. Ralph explained the benefit of the complimentary Multi Point inspection and what will be checked during this process. In addition, he mentioned I will be receiving a video of the technician showing what is needed for repair on my vehicle. He kept his word because I definitely received it! He was also very responsive when I replied to the text and when I called with additional questions. Also, I love how thorough he was! I know the basics but sometimes I need to be educated and he did just that. Furthermore, when I came to pick up my vehicle (same day) he explained my invoice breakdown, what was diagnosed and resolved and the breakdown in pricing. I know it’s listed on the paper but explaining all this verbiage to a customer is important! During the process he made sure my concerns were addressed and taken care of. Ralph put me at ease and I felt that he was very honest with what is recommended when reaching a specific mileage. Overall world class customer service, excellent tone, clear detailed explanations, very courteous, polite, extremely professional, set expectations and followed through with them. Thanks Ralph! I’ll be back to service my vehicle at Nissan because of your amazing service you provided! I wish you the best with your career at Nissan. You’re a great asset to the team. Great Customer Service On January 20th, I took my 2010 Nissan Altima in to the Nissan of Elk Grove Service Department for a loud engine knock. Jet Wolfe was my Service Ad On January 20th, I took my 2010 Nissan Altima in to the Nissan of Elk Grove Service Department for a loud engine knock. Jet Wolfe was my Service Advisor. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. He worked with the mechanics to diagnose the problem, as the knocking was not something that could be pin pointed right away. My husband and I waited most of the day in the waiting room. During that time, Jet provided constant feedback to us on the progress of the diagnosis. As it turned out, my alternator need to be replaced, but the part was not available for a few days. My husband and I returned on Saturday, January 25th and Jet ensured us that my car would be repaired first thing. My residence is 60 miles away and he understood what an inconvenience it was for me to return. Jet provided us with a courtesy shuttle that took us to the IHOP restaurant for breakfast while we waited. My Altima was quickly repaired and we returned home. Unfortunately, during the repair my car was dented. Jet worked with us to have it quickly repaired. We returned today, January 31st. While we waited Jet arranged for us to have a courtesy rental car for a couple of hours. He also gave us spending money for lunch. All of these courtesies were provided because he understood that we were inconvenienced for us to travel such a long distance and the long waiting time we would encounter. Jet is an excellent Service Advisor and one who deserves recognition and should be commended. In the past, we have taken other vehicles in for repairs and all Service Advisors were courteous, friendly and helpful. In general, this dealership has provided quality and courteous service. All employees we encountered were helpful and courteous. This is there culture. More
2019 NISSAN ALTIMA SV I can not express enough how Amazing dealing with Elena Flores. First time I have met her to take my car for service. She made me feel comfortable a I can not express enough how Amazing dealing with Elena Flores. First time I have met her to take my car for service. She made me feel comfortable and worry free about my car. She took care of everything from attending to my needs, educate me about the problem of my car to getting me a loaner. Through out the time that my car was down for service. Pretty much on a daily basis she was giving me status and letting me know on what was going on with my car. She had made me feel to not worry about a thing. This is my very first Nissan and I am glad that I have went to Nissan Elk Grove. More
