Have bought three new Nissans since 2013 at this dealership and had all services performed there, passing three dealerships and driving an hour and a half round trip each time we do... This is just one review of the many outstanding experiences we've had. I had just put my 2015 Altima in for transmission service, coolant service, spark plugs and possible brakes and tires upon inspection when I got the call that my transmission was on its way out. Kenny went to work and in my opinion, above and beyond, and put together a package that included all of the above, minus the transmission service of course because now it included a new transmission, and turned a nightmare into a doable reality. Kenny is just another one of the many people that I have dealt with at Nissan of Elk Grove that keep me coming back time after time, and as long as I am able, I will be a customer for life.
